This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I give this hair 5 stars... this hair has no odor, it's true to its length, and it came in 3 days; the lady kept in touch with me through the whole process as well. The only thing that was wrong with this hair was it was a little hard when I took it out of the package but when I co washed it it felt really really soft. This hair can be dyed. I dyed this hair a light brown color and it took the very first time I did it. A also received eyelashes.

I haven't installed the hair yet , but I will be doing so very soon. The shipping and customer service for the company is excellent. I purchased my hair on a Monday night and received it on a Wednesday morning. The hair itself is extremely soft . There is a slight odor to it but can be removed with a simple wash. The bundles are true to size . I ordered a 12 inch closure and 20 ,22,24 inches. I'm 5'1 and it hits almost to middle of my back. I received a package of eyelashes along with my order which was a nice complimentary gift. I've watched a lot of YouTube videos on this vendor and from the reviews there I'm hoping once I install the hair my experience will be the same. Overall , so far I'm a satisfied customer.
