Acy was so awesome! I just figured out I had a pretty big head and requested for a trick hair bundles and frontal. This is my first ever wig but so far the hair feels so nice and soft. Just like the expensive extensions I've bought before. I have yet to had it customised, haven't had time to go to the salon to do it for me but one I do, I'll upload photos ,I will buy the hair for my sister again.

This was my first time using this store but after reading some of the other reviews, I decided to give it a try. The store I've been ordering from for the past 4 years or so is much more expensive. I wasn't sure if I would like the quality of this hair but I must say, I am very pleased so far. The bundles are full and the hair is lovely . It didn't have a weird smell and came very quickly. The store owner kept in communication with me each day until I received the hair. I will order from here again. Good customer service is a HUGE plus for me! Thank you!

The hair was okay could of been better true to length when I brush/comb or rub my fingers through it does shed the shipping took forever like a week due to FedEx delays but it didn't have a smell it was soft this my second time ordering from aliexpress 1st time from this vendor

I give this hair 5 stars... this hair has no odor, it's true to its length, and it came in 3 days; the lady kept in touch with me through the whole process as well. The only thing that was wrong with this hair was it was a little hard when I took it out of the package but when I co washed it it felt really really soft. This hair can be dyed. I dyed this hair a light brown color and it took the very first time I did it. A also received eyelashes.

I co-washed it and got it installed and my hairstylist immediately told me this was good hair! Shipping was fast and communication made me comfortable. Will purchase again.Mary was amazing!!! I haven't installed the hair yet , but I will be doing so very soon. The shipping and customer service for the company is excellent. I purchased my hair on a Monday night and received it on a Wednesday morning. The hair itself is extremely soft . There is a slight odor to it but can be removed with a simple wash. The bundles are true to size . I ordered a 12 inch closure and 20 ,22,24 inches. I'm 5'1 and it hits almost to middle of my back. I received a package of eyelashes along with my order which was a nice complimentary gift. I've watched a lot of YouTube videos on this vendor and from the reviews there I'm hoping once I install the hair my experience will be the same. Overall , so far I'm a satisfied customer.
