This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair came in a week or so and the seller was always in contact with me. The hair is soft and after I washed and steamed it, it’s even softer. There’s not much shedding, I mean I ran my fingers thru it and, I kid you not, only about two strands of hair came out in my hand. I’m a very satisfied customer.

I have had this hair in over a month and it is still soft, I love the wave pattern, low maintenance, and there has been no shedding (none!) And it didn’t come with an odor. This is some good quality hair and I will definitely be purchasing it again. Oh and also true to length! No complaints whatsoever!

I haven't installed the hair yet , but I will be doing so very soon. The shipping and customer service for the company is excellent. I purchased my hair on a Monday night and received it on a Wednesday morning. The hair itself is extremely soft . There is a slight odor to it but can be removed with a simple wash. The bundles are true to size . I ordered a 12 inch closure and 20 ,22,24 inches. I'm 5'1 and it hits almost to middle of my back. I received a package of eyelashes along with my order which was a nice complimentary gift. I've watched a lot of YouTube videos on this vendor and from the reviews there I'm hoping once I install the hair my experience will be the same. Overall , so far I'm a satisfied customer.
