This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I bought 4 24” and a 20” frontal I overprocessed the frontal so I bought a closure and did bands instead. I flat ironed the hair for the bangs and I’m going to leave it like that until I get a new frontal. Hopefully the curls come back though.
