This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I'm in the UK and I ordered this hair on sunday (15th Dec) what I consider last minute because I assumed it might take a while to arrive. But its just arrived today on the 20th. Standard 5 days but quick delivery. Good email communication. Hair is great. I've ordered from Wiggins a few times now. Their tagline of "Once meet, Never forget" is true. Lol. Thanks again.
