This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The shipping was super fast orderd the hair the 20th June was shipped the 20th got it the 22th. I haven’t installed it yet so I can’t tell if it’s good as it looks like. Smells a bit but it’s normal. Seller was very available and caring. Had the hair for 6 days now not bad at all. I like it very much.

This is one of the best companies on website. I’ve bought hair from this company three times and had it installed in my head. The hair sheds like normal hair does but it is very manageable and low maintenance. My hair is currently installed as I have just got it done a couple of hours ago. It curls well and it’s has nice curls/waves. To keep the curl pattern you can put two braids at night and take it out in the morning. This is very affordable for people on a budget. Also I ordered this hair on Thursday and I received it on Monday which is very fast international shipping. This hair also does well after bleach.
