This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Very soft, full, even bundles with no shedding or tangling. You can also bleach and dye this hair with no problems. Hair also lasts very long. Great customer service.
