This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I really like this hair for the price.. it does snag a bit in the back but typically you can comb it out with out much hassle... it holds a curl ok you will need some holding spray I like L'Oréal elnett holding spray..
