This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

this hair is beautiful and i love the curls. but when i was trying to dye it it didn’t lighten . the hair does shed and tangles while you sleep and sheds more when you detangle but overall very good hair for the price.

I ordered the 24,26,28 and 18" frontal. I received my package in 3 days. I deep conditioned upon receiving and co-washed after a week and a half of product build up. I use Herbal Essence's Hello Hydrations products for washes and co-washes and argan oil. For the wet and go look I use Garnier Fructis Wonder Waves spray. I get a nape tangle & a little shedding. Nothing obsessive. Overall I love it.
