This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I honestly love the hair, it was already plucked but I plucked it a little more for a better part, it was a great length and wasn't too short. The curls are always popping even after it's dried so putting water on it constantly isn't necessary. And it was very fast delivery I was so surprised when it got here!

I received my hair in 3 DAYS I ordered one 22 inch and two 24 inch bundles and went on a mini vacay with my fiancé in Cancun for four days no closure/frontal needed blended in with my stretched 4C hair!
