This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

So final determination, I love this hair. I ordered this hair on a Saturday, I received it last Wednesday. I was very bouncy and dyed well. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the hair, but it washed out. Will definitely order again!
