This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Great packaging …I was nervous about shipping because when i got my tracking # my hair was in Hong Kong YES HONG KONG so I contacted customer with my concerns …( which was making sure I was getting human hair ) they answered promptly and let me know since I ordered 28 inches it was considered a special order !!! Shipping was long and you can’t expedite your shipping . Other than that, WIGGINS YA GOT IT
