This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This hair is nice, all you need is a little water/conditioner mix and oil and it makes the hair pop all day. I didn’t have to deal with the hair getting big or poofy like some inexpensive hair does. I got a lot of looks and compliments.
