Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Trust me the hair is great! Comes with lashes and a wig cap. The wig is accurate like the description and pictures. It's very thick and full and the curls are beautiful! The hair is also very soft and has no odor, pre-pluked and with baby hairs. It was delivered very fast, like 4-5 days. I've gotten so many compliments on the hair and many people asking for a link. So far I love this unit, it straighten and hold curls well. The lace is nice, I haven’t bleached it yet. But I will be soon to blend more with my skin tone. Minimal shedding. Somewhat tangled but it’s normal. Did have a slight weird smell to it but nothing bad. Also I plan on dying the hair, so I will leave additional feed back once I do. Side note: Natural texture is beautiful, after I straighten them washed it, it went right back to normal!
