This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

So far I love this unit, it straighten and hold curls well. The lace is nice, I haven’t bleached it yet. But I will be soon to blend more with my skin tone. Minimal shedding. Somewhat tangled but it’s normal. Did have a slight weird smell to it but nothing bad. Also I plan on dying the hair, so I will leave additional feed back once I do. Side note: Natural texture is beautiful, after I straighten them washed it, it went right back to normal!
