This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I used water and a Shea moisture conditioner it doesn't leave it hard like moose will. It's the curl pattern for me! Love it!
