This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I got the hair with good package. The hair is really soft, and very true to length. This is 13x4 lace which i can make many different styles due to big lace area. More important, i love this color so much, it is very fit the weather here. So love it!!!
