This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair is really soft and i was able to easily to bleach and pluck. Plucking was light bc the knots weren’t big and thick. I think for the price the hair is a really good steal. It also wasn’t shedding like other wigs. Great build.
