This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

So I didn’t know the wig I’ve ordered takes a long time for customization, but however it came on for my birthday. This wig is everything I love it it’s so soft and beautiful, also it was easy to installed. I didn’t have a hard time melting the lace either. look for my second wig now lol
