This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Great wig! I wore it for my birthday and it lasted me a whole month! (got it installed and then re installed) The lace is great quality, bleached and blended well and the quality of the hair is great, very soft! After maybe 3 weeks it did shed but not excessively! This is also my second time buying this wig so I love it just as much as the first time!
