This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This hair is great! it wasn't dry at all, even after I washed it, blow dried it and flat ironed it. It still maintain a very nice natural shine. The hair was pretty thick and the perfect length for a short bob. There also wasn't a bad odor to it. It came super quick and easy. I would 100% recommend this hair.

I wanted to try this wig because I decided I need to play with color more so boom here I am. The hair is nice quality with super minimal shedding. It can get super flat if you know how to work your flat iron & it gets pretty straight even though is comes straight. You really don’t even have to bleach the knots because it looks fine with just a wig cap!
