This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This wig was really silky, It was true to length and the lace was very thin the knots were really small and it was really easy to melt. There was little to no shedding. The shipping was really fast there was no delay. This wig came with a wig cap and a wig band which was very helpful.
