Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

My Boyfriend surprised me with this wig and two others. The wig is suuuupppper beautifully colored. It took about a month for me to finally wear it so i apologize for the delayed review! The customer service team is absolutely amazing! They were able to customize my wig to a small cap without any hesitation. When I was finally ready to wear the wig on vacation, I re-washed it with purple shampoo, and conditioned it overnight. Serum really helped to combat the dryness from bleaching. It looked so beautiful air-dried, but I love it even more flat-ironed. I look forward to trying more wigs soon!

My second wig I ordered from here and I love it the hair came pre plucked very well the curly was very tight even when I combed them out a little bit. The hair is really soft honestly better than the first wig I got. I love this company so much don’t plan on going anywhere else and the customer service is amazing.
