This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This is my second time ordering this hair, first time I got the 10” & this time I got the 18” — loved it the first time & absolutely love it even more the second time, if you’re trying to figure out if you want this hair this is your sign! pre-bleached, pre plucked, beautiful curls & super full, small knots! I ordered the HD lace for both hits different! I’ll drop 2 images of the 10 inch that I cut shorter, and I’ll show a picture of my 18” that I have now.

This hair is so soft and full! I’ve tried a lot of different wig companies and so far this is my favorite one. The lace is actual HD lace, it’s preplucked and pre bleached. They hair does shed a bit but it’s minimal. The curls are amazing, it’s also true length.

Don't walk RUN and get this unit. It's VERY thick! The lace melts like butter. When I say it gives scalp it gives scalp. It looks natural. I love it, it's really soft too & gets really big if you brush the curls/waves out. I haven't added anything to enhance the curls yet but I will.
