This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

this wig is true to length. It is both soft and fluffy. The lace comes with baby hairs which I truly appreciate there’s lots of parting space if you wanna do a style and there are clips and an adjustable strap for extra security. There’s also lace in the back so if you wanna wear it up, you can do that.
