This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I LOVE this company, i bought about 7 wigs here, i like to try different colors and styles, this one is new arrivals, i ordered it once i saw it. It has big 13x4 lace area, i can easily make different style, and the color , the texture are all as expected. Just one i am not that happy with is that the delivery man did not call me , i just received it the next day after it is delivered. But i know this is not the wiggins problem, i just want it so bad, i will still buy here! Loveee you guys!
