This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The wig is great. The hair is soft and full. I love that it comes with the band and combs. Prior to my most recent purchase of this type of wig, I wore the wear-and-go wig I bought back when they didn't put combs in these wigs and just had the elastic band. It feels so secure having both. I'm glad they decided to add that feature. I also love the elastic band design. It adds even more security with the silicone stripe that goes across, which is great!

The unit is gorgeous! Ready to wear straight out of the box. I didn’t have to do anything to this unit, I literally took it straight out of its packaging and applied a little concealer on the middle part and walked out the house for work. The unit is beautifully constructed, it is comfortable, it is full, the hair is soft, it has zero smell, and it looks natural. This is exactly what a glueless, wear & go unit is supposed to look like! Shipping took longer than expected, and the seller didn’t inform me that it was because the unit was a custom wig until I reached out via message. But overall, I am very happy with my purchase and experience.

Shipping was fast! Wig is very thick and full looks just like natural hair I wouldn't suggest buying this wig in the summer time because of how thick it is but definitely a great fall winter wig.
