This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Finally i got the hair, i am excited to open it, there is no strange smell, everything arrives in good condition. I take out of the hair, it touches so sofy, and the hair is shiny, most satisfied is that the hairline, it is preplucked so well, very natural, i will post video later!

It came fast, but i give 4 on shipping, the reason is that the delivery guy just put the package at my neibor door not mine. I worried a lot and then found that. But i have to say, the hair is so soft, came with the package wear some gifts like slik bag, little brush, eye lash, love it so much!

Honestly, I love this wig! I've been wearing it now every day. It is soft and does not shedding or tangle. The hair texture is very soft and the curl pattern on it is also very very good.
