This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Honestly, I love this wig! I've been wearing it now every day. It is soft and does not shedding or tangle. The hair texture is very soft and the curl pattern on it is also very very good. Great quality from the lace to the ends.and the wig does take bleach on the knots really well. was pre-plucked well, as described.I really like the store and will continue to shop!After the installation, I got a lot of compliments!!!

I was really excited about this purchase but was scared that it would arrive after the estimated date,luckily it came before then and I was really happy. he wig is very soft and fluffy once brushed out.Hair is everything.No tangles, very little shedding Nice curl patterns and soft texture,holds the curl pattern well.I would recommend this wig to anyone! Definitely recommend!

I ordered glueless wigs several times, i know it will be preplucked, but i like the front hair is not so preplucked, i asked Mary to tell factory about my requirement, they did this for me, a little preplucked, still full in the front is my needs, and the length and texture is what i want exactly!!

Bye.. Cause I love this wig. I got tired of using a wand curler or flexi rods to get close to the curls in this wig. I would like to say I was a lil nervous although any wig I have ever purchased and I wear wigs very often, Wiggins did me dirty atleast twice but we’re good again after this one lol.
