This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This hair is GORGEOUS and ready to wear right out the package! It is so soft and does not smell. I combed her out to see how big she could get and fell in LOVE! The cap construction is solid and there was no shedding when combing her out for the first time. I love the natural frizz that occurs when combing and raking through the hair. The defined curls (water and mousse) are also beautiful. You can’t beat the value!

OK at first I was skeptical especially when taking it out of the package. It looks super short, but I was wrong. The hair is soft curls are popping once you put your moose and detangling brush to it. Buy it well worth it very minimal shedding. The hair quality is good.
