This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I will say this! I’m in love, I even had the stylist that installed the hair loving it, she also brought some and is pleased as well.. I wanted to wait until I at least wore the hair for a minute before I reviewed it.. and yup same result. You just have to take care of it, just like any get unit.
