This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I will say this! I’m in love, I even had the stylist that installed the hair loving it, she also brought some and is pleased as well.. I wanted to wait until I at least wore the hair for a minute before I reviewed it.. and yup same result. You just have to take care of it, just like any get unit. It’s soft, shiny, and I really don’t have any complaints
