This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

the hair is very soft. it doesn’t smell at all that’s a plus. only thing is i should have order 18 , 20 & 22 22 inches so it can be longer. but i’m very satisfied. once i get it installed i’ll post a picture for your look, wait,,,,

It was pretty soft hair and didn’t itch my scalp for the first time ever. even through a cap most wigs still itch me and this hair didn’t and I didn’t wash the bundles, and install it, when wear it on, don't itch my scalp, wow, best invest.
