This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I receive the hair today. It is beautiful and very soft. It had a slight smell but I bought hair from a local distributor as well which had a smell too. My stylist likes the hair, she commented on how soft it is during the install. It is no tangle and minimum shedding just like my own hair. So far so good.

I was very impressed with the quality of this hair it is very soft and fuller than I expected. It is great value for the price. I have had previous bad experiences with hair I ordered from online but I was not disappointed this time. It came in a box with eyelashes and a wig cap. I ordered 16,18,20 inches. I used it on a client and she loved it.
