This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

It didn't have any funny odor and is very soft and silky. I got the three part 16 closure and 18 18 20 bundles. Love it! I had a little shedding because I cut the weft but so far I am happy with this purchase and will order again in the future.
