This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

She is a very good seller there is a very good Communication here are the photos of the wig without the bleached knots and I will post a photo .The hair came a lot quicker than I expected, and I t came without any issues. There was not a bad smell to the hair, in fact it smelled quite nice. The hair is super soft with minimal shedding, and the hair is very low maintenance. I
