This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

After wearing this hair for two weeks it is still in perfect condition! Very minimal shedding, the body wave texture is still in tact, hair is still soft. This is my favorite hair
