This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I usually get my hair a week after I place my order, and I got this is 4 days. Second the hair is SOFT!!! It was soft out of the package, it was still soft when I combed it, with NO shedding, and it's still just as soft when I got it to this day....a month after wearing it, brushing it, and styling it with products.
