Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This hair is super soft!!!! The first thing I noticed about this hair was how thick the bundles were and how beautiful the luster is! The hair has a beautiful natural shine! There is absolutely no bad smell at all. So far no shedding, either. The price is nice and very easy to practice installs on myself with this hair.The customer service was great and they answered all my questions prior to me ordering. I have no complaints. I purchased straight bundles for the first time… and didn’t really know what to expect. Let me just say I’m glad I did. This vendor did NOT disappoint. First off the packaging was nice and it included a free gift, which I did not expect. The hair is so silky and smooth which is exactly what I wanted! The bundles are double wefts and not thin. It’s full all the way to the ends and true to length, which is a must have for me. I washed the bundles before installing them and the texture still held up! The bundles are still soft and silky. I ordered the hair for the first time from this site, and just from this experience alone I'm forever a customer. First off shipping was fast. I usually get my hair a week after I place my order, and I got this is 4 days. Second the hair is SOFT!!! It was soft out of the package, it was still soft when I combed it, with NO shedding, and it's still just as soft when I got it to this day....a month after wearing it, brushing it, and styling it with products. You guys can trust this company. I'm literally searching for my next wig now.
