Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I would like to begin my review by saying, the customer service for this seller is amazing, I needed my hair in time for graduation and was able to get the seller to ship my hair out in time. When i received the hair it was nicely packaged, no smell, beautiful wefts. Upon install the closure didn’t require much plucking at all. The hair is very soft and true to length.
