This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This hair is super soft!!!! The first thing I noticed about this hair was how thick the bundles were and how beautiful the luster is! The hair has a beautiful natural shine! There is absolutely no bad smell at all. So far no shedding, either. The price is nice and very easy to practice installs on myself with this hair.The customer service was great and they answered all my questions prior to me ordering. I have no complaints. I ordered the hair for the first time from this site, and just from this experience alone I'm forever a customer. First off shipping was fast. I usually get my hair a week after I place my order, and I got this is 4 days. Second the hair is SOFT!!! It was soft out of the package, it was still soft when I combed it, with NO shedding, and it's still just as soft when I got it to this day....a month after wearing it, brushing it, and styling it with products. You guys can trust this company. I'm literally searching for my next wig now.

I’ve had this hair in a month and I love it! Minimal shedding and holds curl/straight great! It also takes bleach and color well which was important to me. Lace is not transparent though.

I’m very excited and happy about this hair! The communication was great and shipping was extra fast I received the hair within 3-4 days of ordering. The bundles are thick, the hair is gorgeous. It does shed a little but it’s what you’d expect from any type of good hair so it’s minimal shedding. The hair is very soft and all I have to do is put water and conditioner on it and that makes the hair beautiful which lasts all day. I’d definitely purchase from them again!
