This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

It did not take long to come in which i was really most happy about! The wig quality is AMAZING, it doesn’t shed, the lace is really good, and I got a 26 inch and it was true to the inches and almost looked like a 28 inch.
