This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I absolutely love this wig. The hair is soft and full but it does shed through out the day. It’s not major shedding but you definitely notice the shedding when you run your fingers through the hair. Besides that I have no other complaints. I was wearing this wig as a u part wig when I wanted to have that sew in affect but than I realized that I could also use the wig as a headband wig. So you can get two looks out of one wig
