This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I really love it. It works for both middle and side part, the length is great and true to scale, it looks so natural (I dyed it jet black to blend better with my hair) - the natural black looks more like a 1B or 2 color, it curls really well, it is bouncy, no smell, reasonably priced, low maintenance, quick and easy to install, and shipping was very fast. Oh, and the customer service is great, very prompt reply and I am a satisfied customer because of this. I will order again!
