So I purchased this hair and i am completely in love with it. When i first opened the package the hair was soft, and nice natural color, thick bundles and true to length. Th Closure is an easy density that it does not require much plucking so its beginner friendly and the knots bleached easy. The lace is also not thick its also not flimsy so its durable. And not to mention the customer service was amazing
