This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I changed to 18inch and I absolutely love it ! its pre layered & the curls OMG i freaking love these curls, I do get a lil shedding but its expected not too much.. this hair is soft I've been wearing it for a week now its still soft and bouncy.. its recommend fr your gonna love this hair girl
