This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I love my wig so much..., this is the second time I have ordered this wig, the wig is really thick and the length is real. I ran my fingers through it and it didn't come off. The lace is great, it melts well, and the knots aren't too big. My hairstylist also said it was the prettiest straight wigs she's ever seen, so like it.

The wig was very full & the knots were very easy to blend along with the lace being easy to melt into the skin. The hair is also very true to length and retains its length as you brush through it.
