This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

When I took it out of the box, I was really impressed. The hair feels so soft and looks really natural. The wig is also very light which I like a lot. The lace is really easy to work with. There's minimal shedding, which is always a good sign. I didn’t do my curls yet but it held up perfectly to me. Overall, I'm really happy with this wig.
