This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I like this hair a lot, I made a wig with it. The hair is soft and lays flat and has a nice sheen to it. I will definitely be ordering from them again. When I washed it I allowed it to air dry and use heat protectant and then lightly flat iron it and then put a little hair gloss on it.
