This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Very nice, Density throughout frontal is great, knots are very thin as well! Also minimum to no shedding. Overall 10/10. Also shipping was quick got to me in a week time. I like this hair a lot, I made a wig with it. The hair is soft and lays flat and has a nice sheen to it. I will definitely be ordering from them again. When I washed it I allowed it to air dry and use heat protectant and then lightly flat iron it and then put a little hair gloss on it.
